8-Week Integral Somatic Container Online
What would it take to allow yourself to embrace and love all parts of yourself?
During these eight weeks, we will be supporting each other in a process of healing and remembrance.
Through somatic therapy, we will aim to process emotions and traumas stored in the body and help regulate your nervous system. Through different meditations, we will give ourselves space to listen to our heart and body, and open ourselves to compassion. During our yoga sessions we will learn to connect with, and listen to our body through gentle movement. In our group sessions we will learn to listen and be heard in presence, experiencing the power of showing ourselves in community, and knowing ourselves part of something bigger.
During our time together, we will be doing deep work to liberate and transmute patterns of behavior and beliefs.
We will take a comprehensive approach towards the body, mind and spirit.
This accompaniment seeks to be a stepping stone in the expansion of your being, helping you observe all the ways in which you seek a more authentic expression, and giving you tools to learn to listen to, and express yourself, creating the conditions for a fuller life.
It is important to know that, like any process of transformation and self-knowledge, a total commitment and transparency towards yourself is necessary along the way. The work we will do together will be fundamental, but the inner embrace is something that no one but yourself can give to you, since releasing patterns and beliefs requires being willing to feel fully, and hold our emotions and feelings with love and compassion.

6 individual TVM sessions
Every week you will receive a somatic therapy session in which we will be working with blockages on a physical, mental, and energetic level

8 Group Sessions
Our group meetings will be a space to explore new topics, ask questions and feel the support of the community of the inner embrace

8 Yin Yoga Sessions
Yin yoga is a practice that invites us to restore our balance and tune into our bodies. It is a powerful way to release tension and stress and connect with our body, mind and soul

Workbook
Through questions, exercises and contemplations you will be invited to a process of introspection and continuous personal work to integrate everything that awakens during these 8 weeks
